Delivery on all orders over £100.00 in value, within mainland UK are completely free.
Delivery on orders under £100.00 in value, within mainland UK are charged at £7.50 inc. vat.
For some areas of the UK there are higher costs for delivery and slightly longer delivery times. This will apply to the Scottish Isles, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and Shetland Isles. Also Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Charges for these areas will be displayed when postcode info is entered at the checkout.
If you wish to return an in stock item within the 14 day period, you should notify Customer Service at FineBack Furniture without delay. This notice must be in writing, stating your reasons for the return of the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods which remains in place until the goods have been received and signed for by a FineBack representative.
Any goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Any marks which are visible from assembly will invalidate the returns procedure.
FineBack regularly monitor and adjust our prices to ensure that we remain competitive. If you have found the same product elsewhere for a cheaper price then just let us know and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Sitbest uses the best quality materials in the manufacture ot their furniture. Internal cushions are made of cold cured foam and the wooden elements are made from Scandinavian birch and beech wood.
Sitbest offers a 5 year warranty on internal elements and frames.
