If you wish to return an in-stock item within the 14 day period, you should notify Customer Service at FineBack Furniture without delay.  This notice must be in writing, stating your reasons for the return of the goods.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods which remain in place until the goods have been received and signed for by a FineBack representative.

Any goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.  Any marks which are visible from assembly will invalidate the returns procedure.

Bespoke Orders that involve a personal selection of specification that may involve fabric type, colour, wood colour, size etc and a subsequent manufacture to that order cannot be returned.

Mattresses or pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Returned goods can be returned in person to the showroom, or by courier.  Refunds to customers will be performed within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will deduct the cost of the initial delivery to the customer.  We can only make refunds to the original payment card charged.

If an item is faulty or there appear to be parts missing from the assembly then please contact us straight away.
