Delivery

We believe that it is important for you to get your order as quickly as possible.  For speedy and efficient delivery we have noted a few guidelines for your information.
Every product has listed an estimated delivery time in the right column of the product page.  This time will vary between products and sometimes between different fabrics and fabric shades.  Bespoke orders involving a personal selection of fabric type, colour etc may involve an order with the manufacturer and the delivery time quoted has included this element.

Some products may display an 'In Stock' label which means that we carry some popular options or fabrics with that product.  These items are available for 'Quick Ship' which will be delivered to you within 1-3 days depending on product size.

If you click on the 'Quick Ship' Question Mark, a window will display which particular options are ready for quick ship processing.

Before placing your order please ensure that your furniture will fit into your home, making allowance for doorway width and narrow passages.  If your home address has difficult parking restrictions or poor access, then we must be notified in advance.
In many cases, furniture will be flat packed or disassembled at the time of delivery.  Once assembly of an item has begun, it cannot be returned so check carefully at the outset.  Retain the integrity of the packaging in case the item has to be returned.
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.  Incoming goods that have been ordered are thoroughly checked and repacked before despatch to the customer.

If any boxes within a consignment are damaged, sign for them as 'Damaged, Not Inspected' and contact customer service without delay.
We regularly serve the areas of London, North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex.  Whilst many of our products are available by carriers nationally, we will personally deliver to London, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St. Albans, Luton, Dunstable, Bedford, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Stevenage and the more local villages and towns of Tring, Berkhamsted, Letchworth, Harpenden, Hertford, Hitchin, Ware, Cheshunt, Harlow, Potters Bar, Enfield, Barnet, Finchley, Edgware, Elstree, Radlett, Stanmore, Bushey, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Pinner, Harrow and Wembley

Delivery Charges

Delivery on all orders over £100.00 in value,  within mainland UK are completely free.
Delivery on orders under £100.00 in value, within mainland UK are charged at £7.50 inc. vat.
For some areas of the UK there are higher costs for delivery and slightly longer delivery times.  This will apply to the Scottish Isles, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and Shetland Isles.  Also Northern  Ireland,  Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.  Charges for these areas will be displayed when postcode info is entered at the checkout.
For International Delivery Charges (within the EU) there is a simple pricing matrix based on the size and volume of the goods.  At the checkout stage, the product  data and country ID will provide a confirmed cost for delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU please email your query stating product name, any associated extras and the delivery address and postcode where applicable.  We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry without delay.

Returns

If you wish to return an in stock item within the 14 day period, you should notify Customer Service at FineBack Furniture without delay.  This notice must be in writing, stating your reasons for the return of the goods.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods which remains in place until the goods have been received and signed for by a FineBack representative.
Any goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.  Any marks which are visible from assembly will invalidate the returns procedure.
Bespoke Orders that involve a personal selection of specification that may involve fabric type, colour, wood colour, size etc and a subsequent manufacture to that order cannot be returned.
Mattresses or pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Returned goods can be returned in person to the  showroom, or by courier.  Refunds to customers will be performed within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will deduct the cost of the initial delivery  to the customer.  We can only make refunds to the original payment card charged.
If an item is faulty or there appears to be parts missing from the assembly then please contact us straightaway.
